With many years of experience in construction management, permitting and municipal services, Shaun is the executive over our Logistics Division. He is in charge of our Sub-Contractors Department; Permits and Municipal Services; and the Department of Purchasing. If you have not paid for design time on your project, you may work with Shaun or a member of his team to make purchases and order design items such as countertops, cabinets, appliances, doors and windows, etc. It is important to get these items ordered early, as many will have lead times and may take time to arrive. Shaun is instrumental to keeping your job on schedule by getting your permit approved, working through any barriers or logistics with the City or County jurisdiction your home is in, making sure his team gets qualified sub-contractors signed up when they are needed by the Production team, and ensuring that materials and design items arrive on time.
