It's been an ongoing pleasure of working with Chuck, the Superintendent at Nelson Construction, and Ariel, the Project Manager, and we couldn't be more impressed with their dedication, professionalism, and leadership throughout the entire project.

Chuck demonstrated exceptional on-site management skills. His attention to detail and ability to coordinate with the crew ensured that every phase of construction ran smoothly. Chuck’s deep knowledge of the industry, combined with his hands-on approach, meant that any challenges were quickly addressed, and solutions were implemented without delay. His clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process stress-free for everyone involved. Chuck’s leadership on the ground truly set the standard for excellence.

Site supervisor JESUS CEDENO deserves a great review! We contracted with Nelson Construction to update our home with a new kitchen, bath, plumbing, ac, and windows for a year-long project. JESUS CEDENO was our on-site supervisor and he took great care to make sure we were happy with the work throughout the entire process. Jesus Cedeno provides 6 star quality customer service for Nelson Construction! He approached our renovation as if it was his own.  Thorough and relentless with his problem/resolution skills.  He is very professional to deal with and was a great liaison between us and the sub contractors.  He took on numerous responsibilities that were not his own to ensure we were satisfied and the project moved along in a timely matter. We used Nelson construction for a bathroom shower that was leaking. They came to the house and did a thorough investigation to determine where the leak was coming from. Once the repairs started, Chuck was their daily inspection person. He checked to make sure the days projects were completed to his satisfaction. If something was not correct, it was corrected. We were very impressed how he made sure everything was as clean at the end of the day as it was when the day started. Everything with Nelson was lined out before it started. There were no unexpected surprises. Very happy with their work and employees.
