Positions available:
Construction
Chief Construction Officer
Details: In-office and at job sites in Pinellas County and surrounding areas, full time, salaried executive position. Pay depends on experience.
Qualifications: Experience in whole-house residential construction as a site supervisor and/or project manager is a must. Requires strong knowledge of multiple construction trades and local building codes, OSHA certification, the ability to spot job site issues quickly and coordinate solutions, and the ability to delegate. Must ensure site supervisors are on schedule and on budget while maintaining overall quality to the company’s standards. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Construction
Experienced Site Supervisor
Details: Job sites are in Pinellas County and surrounding areas. This is a full time, salaried position. Pay depends on experience.
Qualifications: Experience in site supervision of whole-house residential new builds and renovations. Must have worked in or with a variety of construction trades and have OSHA certification. Required skills include the ability to understand building plans, knowledge of local building codes, subcontractor management including safety/cleanliness, effective verbal and written communication with clients, and coordination with office staff to maintain schedules and budgets. Experience with high-end homes is a definite plus. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Design
Experienced Draftsman
Details: In-office, full time position with pay range of $25-$45 per hours depending on experience/qualifications.
Qualifications: Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray 3D rendering, schematics, as builts, MEP, elevation and residential construction plans. Must know local building codes. Some design experience or knowledge is a plus.
Sales & Marketing
Chief Marketing Officer
Details: In-office, full time, salaried executive position. Pay depends on experience.
Qualifications: Experience with direct and social media marketing campaigns, building social media presence and the company’s brand, overseeing and supporting sales team to turn prospects into signed contracts. Knowledge or experience in high-end construction would be a plus, but is not required.
Human Resources
Director of Routing and Personnel
Details: In-office, full time, salaried position. Pay depends on experience.
Qualifications: Experience in HR including: prospect recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and terminations. Working knowledge of government regulations related to HR is a must. Must have strong communication skills, be organized and able to “read people” quickly and well. This post includes managing the office and reception.
