The Way We Work

As an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, first and foremost, we stand behind our work. Secondly, we like to keep things honest and straight. We will not pull permits for property owners or trades people unless we are the Building Contractor for the intended work or project. Pulling permits for others if we were not truly functioning as the Building Contractor (providing the onsite supervision, labor and services necessary to complete the project), would violate the conditions of our license and applicable State regulations and could result in a Stop Work order from regulatory bodies and fines for both our company and our client.
