Director of Sub-Contractors
Aurelio joined Nelson Construction and Renovations with experience in kitchen and bathroom remodels. His love of the trades led him to the Site Superintendent position, where he made his way through our in-house training program to learn the art of project management. After working on our sites for more than a year, Aurelio was promoted to Director of Sub-Contractors, where he works with our more than forty professional sub-contractors to sign them up for each job. Once the logistics are worked out and each sub is signed up and oriented to the project, he turns them over to the Production team to complete the work. Aurelio is fluent in both English and Spanish, and his kind and gentile manners make him the perfect person to direct our sub-contractors, who are an important part of our team.
