David Houghton

David Houghton has more than ten years of project management and home improvement experience and has had his hand in a variety of projects. He is a key part of the Sales team, working with our clients from their initial consultation, through design and planning, and into sale of the construction contract.  He works hand-in-hand with the President and Contractor, Greg Nelson, as well as Nelson Designer, Jenna Umberger, to ensure that the client’s specifications are fully understood, laid out clearly in the plans, priced correctly, and turned over to the Production team.  David is thorough and uses his wealth of construction experience to provide exact prices and completed planning.
