Award-Winning Historic Restoration

This historic renovation of an old poolhouse built circa 1920 began as an old storage space and quickly became a luxurious, poolside suite that can be used as a guest house or for backyard parties.

Nelson Construction and Renovations fully renovated the interior and exterior of the structure, building a new roof and a covered walkway to the main house. We worked closely with the clients and the designer to ensure the historic motif of the building was maintained, while adding a touch of modern traditional style that they absolutely loved.

This project won the NARI Contractor of the Year Award for best Historic Renovation/Restoration of 2014.
