St. Pete Historic Home Full Remodel

This home in St. Petersburg, Florida, needed a major upgrade. In addition to the necessary cosmetic improvements, the home was also experiencing settling issues, which meant we had to raise and level the structure.

After a full gut of the house, we completed all new framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, millwork, custom cabinetry, marble countertops, and all the finishes and fixtures. New doors and windows were installed. The roof was replaced. All the original hardwood floors were refinished. The original brick fireplace was uncovered and restored.

Everything from doors and casing to tile and built-ins were made to pay homage to the home’s original details, while blending in with the transitional style of the homeowner.

In addition to fully remodeling both stories of this home, we also built a brand-new garage to match the style of the house.
